Instructions
Preheat the oven at 220°C. Put 4 spoons of sunflower oil on a hot baking tray. Heat the oiled tray for about 3 minutes. Remove packaging and spread the vegetables evenly over the hot baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn the vegetables to ensure an even cook. Bake for another 15 minutes.
